It's not about doing something special, it's simply about seeing the other side of you, seeing some greatness in you. It's about testing your commitment and making your mental strength a little bit better. DO SOMETHING 100 EVERYDAY. Pick anything that you can do for 100 times a day (everyday), do it forever and see a good change that will happen to your life. Doing something 100 is very easy, maintaining it is what makes it hard.

It is only hard to maintain in the beginning but once you do something for at least 10 days straight... it will be easier for you to maintain it. You will become more disciplined and focus, you would never want to cut your streak anymore.

WHY 100? Because 100 is a powerful number, it is hard but it is possible. It is a number that can make an impact on your mind, it is a number that can make you proud. Are you going to be proud of yourself if you are doing something for just 30 times a day? 100 is the best number, it is something that will make a difference.

If you were able to do something for at least 100 times a day for 50 straight days... you will be proud of yourself, you will become more confident, you will feel like you're one of a kind.

BELIEVE THAT IT WILL WORK.  At first you will not see the results yet but keep doing it for months and you will see the change, you will see the benefits. Believing that it will work will make it work, a lot of process is not working because the one who is doing it doesn't believe on it. Simply believing that it will work will make you do it for a very long time until you achieve the results that you want.

YOU WILL NOT NOTICE THAT YOU ARE GETTING BETTER EVERYDAY. The key here is to don't guard your progress. Just keep doing 100 everyday. Make it as a part of your daily routine.

YOU ARE GETTING BETTER WHEN THE PROCESS BECOMES EASIER AND EASIER EVERYDAY. Doing a set of 100 everyday will become easier, you will master it, the process will become effortless, the truth is... it didn't become easier, you only become stronger and better. If you are repeating something, you will become very good at it especially if you are very consistent and the desire to become better each day is always there. You will become a genius, you will become fast, people will even ask you how did you do it.

And when you got bored on repeating something for a hundred times you can even add ten or twenty depending on how much your body and mind can tolerate. There will always be another level, you can push through, you can break any boundaries. It is just a matter of how bad do you want it and how bad do you want to improve your life. So pick any skill, pick any passion... do it 100 times a day.
