If you want to become slim, healthy, fit and look sexy... just exercise for 5 minutes a day. Any exercise will do, this is not a joke, hoax or something, this is one hundred percent legit.
Pick an exercise with the least resistance and do it for 5 minutes a day. it can be jogging, walking, burpees, situps, pushups, squats etc. Anything that will make you sweat a little bit and do it for 5 minutes a day. It is very easy right? The hitch here is you have to do it everyday, no days off, no vacation, no excuses. You have to be very consistent, you can't miss a day even if you are sick or not feeling well. It is very easy because it is just 5 minutes a day.
The main purpose for doing it is not to give you a sexy body or become fit right away. What you are building here is the discipline, the mental toughness, dedication and consistency. You are building your patience and the ability to believe even if you are not seeing any results yet.
Because literally, you can't become sexy or slim by just doing 5 minutes of exercise everyday. It will only give you momentum and good habits. If you do it for the first month then congratulations, you're already on your way. The key here is to not get frustrated, don't ever give up because this kind of approach is a very long process.
After exercising for 5 minutes a day for the first month, I am very sure a good habit is already in your system. You will find a way how to challenge yourself and I am very sure you will exercise for 10 minutes a day for the next month because 5 minutes is already very easy. Your body will look for a new challenge. And after ten minutes you will now upgrade to 20 minutes and so on until you reach an hour a day level.
The key here is your persistence and faith. Believe that you can change your life gradually, never believe in shortcuts because it will cut you in the long run. And even if the results were not yet showing.... never feel bad, just keep on leveling up, just stay disciplined and I assure you... in just one year there will be a dramatic change in your life. Let me remind you again, this is not something that you show on television that promises you a good body just 7 minutes a day, this is a journey of leveling up and sticking with the process no matter what.
