YOU DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT TO GET MAD AT YOUR BOSS

Why are you mad at your boss and you wanted to kill him? Did he scolded you? did he humiliate you in front of other people? did he give you tons of assignment? is he forcing you to work for longer hours without pay? did he abuse you verbally?

Don't get mad because you don't have the right to get mad at him. He is your boss and there is nothing you can't do about it. You will still follow his orders no matter what he do because if not... then he will fire you.

You only have the right to get mad if you can be a boss too but if not... then just kiss your boss' ass forever and don't ever complain because you are only making things more difficult.

Can you leave your job and make your own money? are you sure that things will remain the same if you leave your job? are you sure you can pay bills on your own without your job? can you make your own company and be your own boss? If yes is the answer to all of the questions then what are you waiting for? why are you still in that company?

A lot of people are complaining about their job, they want to to amend their contract, they want to make their own rules but they can't even leave their job. They keep on complaining but in the end... they cannot leave the company that is abusing them.

If you don't have the courage to make a stand and fight for your right, if you are not ready to lose everything then don't ever complain because you're just looking like a clown. You are brave when your boss is not around but when he's in front of your face... you can't even say a single word.

Don't get mad because at the end of the day, no matter how stressed you are... you will still follow your boss because you are so scared to lose your job, you are so scared that no other company will accept you. You are so scared to establish your own personal economy and make money on your own. So it's better to just follow someone's orders and be a follower forever.

But if you think that you can do it on your own...then stop complaining, pass your resignation paper now and create your own path to success.
