You can make anything grow or big if you will demand it to grow, command it to become as big as it can get. Just think about it everyday, find ways how to make it grow, work hard to make it grow, as simple as that. Because you cannot force something to grow and command it to grow if you will just look at it, you need to do something about it. Add something, do something different, inject something, try something new. Anything that you think will work.. do it.

For example, if you are trying to grow your business... you have to demand it to grow by simply doing something for it everyday. Market it in your facebook, tell it to you friends, do something to make it valuable, add something to make it popular, add value to it, make it you priority. You can do a lot of things, you can command it to grow. It will follow you if you are deserving and you put in the right amount of time and effort, you will see it grow if you water it with enough water of work and commitment.

Same as your muscles, if you want it to grow then you must lift a lot of weights, follow some program and stick with it until you get your desired look. Do everything that makes you feel good, do everything that gives you the feeling of progressing. You don't need to complicate it, you just need to be consistent and patient, give it a time, give it a room to grow.

If you want your career to blossom... demand for growth. Learn a lot of things that will make you better, learn things that will make you do something fast and efficient, it is not about looking for shortcuts, it is about learning the right technique on how to do things easier and more efficient. You can make your career grow if you are willing to improve everyday and go the extra mile. You can make your value go high if you know in yourself that you are good enough to finish any given task. Demand your career to grow by adding special skills to your system and gaining more confidence that will enable you to become the authority.

You can command anything to grow if you are willing to give time and effort. All you need is discipline, commitment to improvement and of course a vision that will never change no matter how things get difficult.
