WHAT IS A REAL MANAGER? - rugged breed

You can see it from the word itself...MANAGER, it manages something so better results will happen. It takes care what is needed to be taken care of. So there is no such thing as a bad manager. If there is it shouldn't be called a manager instead a destroyer.

You too is a manager, you manage your life. You are the one whose responsible for your health and your wealth. But let me ask you one thing, are you doing the right managing? Are you eating the right stuffs so your health won't be jeopardized? are you exercising everyday and get your blood pressure monitored? this is reality check. If you are not doing the right thing then you are not managing you are destroying, the sad thing is you are destroying your own life.

You are the manager and at the same time you are the talent. Do the right managing and you will become a very good talent. Your talent will be used at its fullest and it will give you a lot of benefits. Success is all about managing. Managing your life with the right habits, right mindset and then success will come naturally. You don't need to complicate anything, you just need to do the right things.

If you are a bad manager then fire yourself before you cause any trouble.

There are lots of good people out there who were supposed to have a good future but were destroyed by a bad manager. But they cannot blamed others for their failure because at the end of the day, they were the manager of themselves. They should feel it at the first place because they completely own their lives.

If nobody can do the right things for you then you should do it by yourself. You must have a complete checklist of how to get things done properly. You must monitor your daily activity so you will be in the right direction. There should be a do's and don'ts and you should take it seriously. You should be strict at yourself following it.

Manage your life, become the right manager. It is simple, you just need to have the vision of how you wanted to become and then follow your own PROTOCOLS. Never break any rules that was implemented on the first day. Strong discipline is needed or else you will end up in the wrong place, a place where your life is not what you envisioned from day one.
